Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

Shipping Fee

A standard shipping fee of R150 applies to all orders nationwide unless otherwise stated during promotional offers.

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days 

• Remote areas: 5–10 business days 

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS where available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Seoullure Beauty will not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist you.
