Refund policy

At Seoullure Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and beauty products may only be returned if:

  • The item is defective 

  • The incorrect item was received 

  • The product arrived damaged 

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Request Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products 

  • Products damaged due to misuse 

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Gift cards 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
